When commissioning an illustration, I require visual reference of the character(s) (not counting moodboards). I do not accept non-design commissions for written descriptions. Please tell me the general pose and composition idea you want for the piece.If commissioning a design, I can work with any sort of information. Ideally I prefer working with a mix of a moodboard and a written description, but it is not required. (NOTE: IF COMMISSIONING A KEBANZU, I WILL NOT PROVIDE THE REQUIRED MYO SLOT AND TRAITS).PAYMENT
I will not start the commission until it is paid in full up front.Please provide an email for me to send an invoice to (NOTE: DO NOT TRANSFER MONEY TO ME OUTSIDE OF THE INVOICE).Payment will be in USD, on PayPal.TIME FRAME
I am a student with mental health issues, thus my completion speed is highly variable depending on my outside environment. It is likely I will need to prioritise school-work if the commission begins outside of the summer. Please feel free to ask for updates at any time during the process.Feel free to ask for changes at any point during the process, but requests for major structural changes (such as drastically changing the pose, perspective, or other similar things) past the sketch phase will procure an additional fee ($15).Once the piece is finished, you will receive the relevant files through google drive as a .png.PROCESS
I will send you visual updates at multiple points during the creation of the piece, in which I will ask for confirmation to continue or for certain questions to be answered. This is not a set structure, and I will usually send updates simply whenever I need to.Illustration

Flat colours (when the final colour scheme is decided. Once the character design is fully approved, I will move on to the next step)
Rendering (Finishing touches to the piece, I will add very simplistic shading if it is present at all)USAGE
All of my artwork is for personal use, and thus cannot be used for commercial purposes unless discussed beforehand.Feel free to use my design for page-dolls, icons, banners, or upload it to sites like toyhou.se without prior permission. Please provide clear credit if doing so.You may exchange my designs through any method (selling, trading, gifting). If selling my design, it must be sold for the original commission price + potential added value through other contentNot required, but I encourage you to ping/@ me if there is more artwork made of my designs, I enjoy seeing it.Under no circumstance may you use my art for NFTs or AI.Under no circumstance may you use my artwork to promote pedophilia, incest, bestiality, abuse, or any sort of bigotry or hatespeech.I will be uploading any artwork or designs I create to the public on social media or as a commission example. You may ask for me to delay this if it is a secret gift or something similar.REFUNDS
A full refund is only possible prior to me starting the commission, after that point it will not be available. If the commission is cancelled during the process, the amount paid back is dependent on how far in the process I am.Pose/sketch: I will keep 15% of the total payment (You receive back 85% of the payment).
Lineart/flats: I will keep 50% of the total payment (You receive back 50% of the payment).
Shading: I will keep 75% of the total payment (You receive back 25% of the payment).
Rendering/Final effects: A refund is no longer available at this point.

OVERVIEW
Complexity fee: +15% of the price (warranted for gore and machinery)Don’t see a commission type that suits you? Ask me and we can work something out. If you have a fullbody and want to add a halfbody, then that halfbody will be full price.*What is a callout? On ref sheets, this is a specific part of the character drawn in higher detail (such as a specific drawing for wings, props, and similar things). Eye and mouth detailing does not warrant a callout price and can be added on for free.Background lite vs. Background full? A 'lite' background will be a piece where the character is still the main focus, but there is a simpler/smaller background (shown in all examples, so far). A full background means that the character only takes a small portion of the canvas up, and the environment will generally have more detailing.
As a base, no background means you'll receive a transparent one, unless a flat colour/gradient is requested
